Tantra is often defined as a spiritual science designed to transform consciousness and relieve suffering.
At its core, Tantra is a set of practices that work with the body and the five senses to cultivate inner wisdom, awareness, and intuition. Rather than escaping the body, Tantra teaches us to use it as a pathway back to presence and connection.
Through these practices, Tantra helps us:
Reconnect with the most pure and authentic parts of ourselves
Shift negative thought patterns and quiet a ruminating mind
Cultivate deeper awareness, presence, and self-understanding
Return to our natural state of openness, compassion, and love
In Tantra, sexuality is also included as a sacred aspect of human experience. Rather than something surrounded by guilt or shame, it is understood as a powerful pathway for healing, connection, and awakening.
When we begin to understand ourselves in this way, we start to live from a place of greater fullness—approaching our relationships, our bodies, and our lives with more love, presence, and compassion for ourselves and others.

In Holistic Tantra, we work with a variety of practices designed to support healing, awareness, pleasure, and connection. These practices include:
Guided meditation and visualization using light and sound to help balance the mind and body. These meditations work to transform the five root poisons—attachment, pride, ignorance/separation, jealousy, and anger—into qualities such as bliss, balance, openness, enjoyment, and clarity.
Breathwork practices that calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and help regulate the body in the midst of everyday life.
Sacred self-pleasure practices that begin with learning about anatomy and pleasure zones. These practices reframe masturbation as something sacred and nourishing—a way of connecting with ourselves through pleasure and cultivating deeper self-love.
Movement practices that help move energy through the body, release emotional or energetic blocks, and reconnect with joy and vitality.
Pelvic floor exercises designed to strengthen and tone the pelvic floor, supporting both sexual wellness and overall physical health.
Conscious communication tools that help participants express their needs, desires, and boundaries in loving and effective ways.
Together, these practices create a holistic approach to sexuality—honoring it as a sacred and powerful part of ourselves that can lead to deeper connection, love, and personal awakening.

Participants attend one hour of live training each week via Zoom, where new concepts and practices are introduced. All live sessions are recorded, allowing you to revisit the material or catch up if you miss a class.
Each week builds upon the previous one, so as you learn new practices, you will gradually begin integrating them into your daily life through guided exercises and personal practice at home.
Participants also receive a comprehensive guidebook to keep for life. This guidebook outlines the practices, explains the “how” and the “why” behind each technique, and supports everything taught during the course. Each week’s material is reinforced in the guidebook so you always have a resource to return to as you continue your practice.
The total weekly time commitment typically ranges from 3–10 hours per week, depending on how deeply you choose to engage with the practices.
After completing the program, you are encouraged to continue incorporating these practices into your daily life in a way that feels natural and sustainable for your schedule.

Tantra reconnects you with your body, your inner wisdom, and your intuition—helping you become more fully yourself.
Many women who feel connected to their bodies and sexuality report feeling more empowered, present, and alive in their lives.
When we feel connected to ourselves, that energy naturally ripples outward into our relationships, our families, and our communities.
-
Yes. Tantra can absolutely be woven into daily life.
Many of the foundational practices take about 20 minutes per day. Some of the more advanced practices, such as a full yoni massage, can be scheduled occasionally and practiced as often as you like, though once per month is often recommended as a minimum.
In Beth’s experience, practicing Tantra helps her be a better mother. The practices help ground her, calm the mind, and cultivate presence—allowing her to show up more fully for her children and family.

Beth completed a two-year intensive professional training through the Institute of Authentic Tantra Education, the only government-accredited Tantra training program in the world.
When working with the body, intimacy, and sexuality, it is essential to learn from a practitioner who has received extensive education, training, and certification in these practices. Proper training ensures not only the safety and well-being of students, but also preserves the integrity of the practices themselves.
While some programs offer Tantra certifications in only a few weeks, responsible work with sexuality, trauma, and the nervous system requires far deeper study and professional preparation.
At Holistic Tantra, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism, ethical practice, and trauma-aware care. Every practice is taught with intention, respect, and integrity—creating a safe and supportive environment where students can explore this work with confidence.

For many women and couples, sexuality has never been something they were taught how to truly understand. Many people carry quiet struggles—feeling disconnected from their bodies, numbness or lack of sensation, difficulty experiencing orgasm, past sexual trauma, or simply a sense that intimacy could be deeper and more fulfilling than it has been.
Others long to feel more confident in their bodies, to feel truly seen and understood by a partner, or to cultivate a relationship rooted in love, trust, and genuine connection.
These courses are designed to support that journey.
Over the program, students explore a wide range of teachings and practices that combine meditation, nervous system regulation, anatomy education, somatic healing, and sacred pleasure practices. This is not simply a few techniques—it is a deeper process of learning how the body, mind, and nervous system work together in intimacy and connection.
Students learn how to:
Reconnect with their bodies and increase sensation and awareness
Understand their anatomy and full pleasure potential
Heal patterns of shame, conditioning, or trauma around sexuality
Cultivate confidence, self-love, and body acceptance
Communicate needs and desires in loving, conscious ways
Create deeper intimacy and connection in relationships
Integrate pleasure, presence, and emotional balance into everyday life
Throughout the course, students receive live guided training, recorded sessions they can revisit anytime, and a comprehensive guidebook to keep for life that supports everything taught during the program.
For many participants, the practices become lifelong tools for emotional balance, deeper intimacy, and a more connected relationship with themselves and their partners.
This work is about far more than learning techniques—it is about coming home to your body, your pleasure, and your capacity for connection.
